[LCL27] mildtape & Ebsa (and Various Artists) – ‘Free as air’ (2011)

Out on 31 may 2011, ‘Free as air’ EP celebrates LCL netlabel 5 years anniversary,
with a track born from the collaboration between mildtape and Ebsa
and 4 remixes from LCL artists including Volfoniq, Arrogalla, Volatil, and Lata.
Through its remixes in dubstep, low-fi, dub and transnational bass styles
it obtains the final form it should have : an intertwining track that is a sign
of mutual friendship and respect.

Various Artists – Ephebeat + Noisydrina compilation (2011)

Out on 11 nov 2011, ‘Index dub’ is included in ‘Noisydrina’, the second
volume from the compilation in collaboration between EPHEDRINA netlabel
and NOISYBEAT netlabel.
‘Index dub’ features a dub riddim style arrangement and killer roots bassline
– for the most demanding ears and slowsteppers.

[LCL26] Various Artists – ‘La Boite A Sons’
(LCL Sound bank rmx compilation) (2010)

Out on 30 dec 2010, this long track is the first
release by mildtape, submitted and included to ‘La boite à sons’
remix contest. It is composed with almost every sample available
for the contest – “Repetitive randomness coupled with
dark playfulness have been crucial in this remix, following
the motto ‘everything can go with everything”.
